Biography

Brenda A. Schlais is an attorney who provides estate and wealth transfer planning for residents of Waukesha County and Milwaukee County.  Her practice focuses on individuals as well as traditional and non-traditional families.  Whether her clients' concerns involve a single issue or a broad range of personal or family interests, Brenda confidentiality and sensitivity discusses and assesses their legal and personal circumstances.  She works with them to help ensure their goals and objectives are met, counseling them about such matters as wealth preservation, succession planning, or health and aging issues.  Then she executes precise, practical planning solutions designed to help them achieve their goals.  

Brenda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and her Master of Arts from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  She attended Marquette University Law School where she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree cum laude.
